Cathy's knowledge of healthy yoga, proper alignment, appropriate modifications and beneficial use of props (which area available in the studio) have had a very positive impact on my personal health and yoga practice. Cannot recommend her studio and classes highly enough!

Cathy is the most educated yoga therapist I have encountered. She always teaches with your body in mind to ensure proper posture is used. Her goal is to improve our health by example. She truly loves and breathes yoga. A wonderful teacher.
