As a disabled veteran I would highly recommend Adept Audiology Lindsay did an awesome job and such attention to detail she helped me tremendously and with a very positive outcome !

I want to highly recommend Adept Audiology as my experience was excellent. The staff is professional and efficient and made my visit very comfortable. I feel fortunate to have seen Dr. Tonya Steed as she is an excellent doctor. I was impressed by her knowledge as well as her interest to help me understand the options of available treatments.

I’ve been a patient of Dr Nalu for over 10 years and I have to say she’s the best! I have visited several other audiologists over the years and they seemed to only want to sell me hearing aides but, unlike them, Lindsey really wanted to improve the quality of my life and has, tremendously! I’m so very grateful!
She and her staff have always gone above and beyond to help me. If you’re experiencing hearing loss, look no further than Adept Audiology. The new office on Hyde Park St is lovely and conveniently located . They really do take hearing to heart.

I enjoyed the office staff. So friendly! The test itself was thorough and quick. My "results" were easy to understand. The doctor was clear and kind. Overall, great first experience!

My 82 year old mother’s experience here has changed her life! In the most positive way! Lindsay worked one on one, not only to help my Mom find the right kind of aid to get, but also to teach her how to use her new hearing aids. That first appointment lasted more than an hour. Lindsay reviewed every detail and then made sure Mom could do,it herself.
We went to second appointment today. One week later to see if any adjust,ents need to be made and to review the details of using the new hearing aids.
Mom will see Lindsay in another two weeks, again, to make sure all,is ok and make any needed adjustments.
This is A+ service. A wonderful audiologist and a great product!
