We saw Dr. Vallrugo when she practiced in Illinois. She saved my son's life! She Identified a diagnosis that was life changing. She did this with her systematic, thorough review and analysis of his case including the multiple medications a previous MD had him on. She listened to the patient, to me, his mother and could not have been more compassionate and responsive. She coordinated care with his counselor, the school, the social worker and helped us get a handle on what we now know is Bipolar disorder. I will be ever grateful that we had her as my son's physician
