Optimum Hearing Care

I was introduced to Nate 2 years ago by Phonak representative to provide me with follow up service of my hearing aid purchase. He was very knowledgeable in explaining how to manage my aid.
i recently called him to follow up on an a service issue. i would highly recommend Nate based on his professionalism and knowledge.

I had the pleasure of meeting Stacey and Nate while visiting my parents, both in their nineties, in their assisted living facility. I was immediately struck by how personable they were, how genuinely interested they were in helping people live better by hearing better. Nate worked with my father to assess his needs and fit him with the right hearing aids, at reasonable cost, and kept me (as payer) well-informed of the options along the way. My father appreciates the time and attention he receives on regular visits. I feel lucky to have Yes Hearing Sarasota on board as part of the team of caregivers whom my parents can rely on and trust.

Nate at Yes Hearing has been great! My mother is almost completely deaf and his had a few problems with hearing aids, and he has been able to correct them for her. She is 88 years old and just had hip surgery, she wasn't able to travel to him. They were able to connect with her hearing aids remotely over the internet and make all the adjustments necessary to adjust her hearing aids.

After my father spent a lot of time trying hearing aids at various providers without finding a solution that worked for him, we finally met Nate Buck at Yes Hearing. Nate is so patient and easy going that my parents felt comfortable and appreciated. Nate is very knowledgeable about all the different brands and their features. He is also excellent at programming the units and tweaking them for optimal results.

Nate recommended a unit that had the features that my father wanted and then took molds off his ears and had them made for him. They worked great but because of mask wearing and the pulling on his ears they would sometimes get knocked out. To fix this, Nate had the units remade with a special flange that held them more securely in his ear. He is now very happy and hearing much better.
