My daughter is a Doctor of Physical Therapy and she actually referred me to Bryan as she considers him to be the best therapist to work with orthopedic issues. I had been struggling with severe hip pain for weeks and was using a cane to walk. A previous visit to a Physician’s Assistant resulted in an incorrect diagnosis and a cortisone shot which brought me no relief. Bryan spent 45 minutes evaluating me and set up a therapeutic exercise regimen for me to follow. I did exactly as he prescribed and checked in with him via email every two weeks. The muscles healed slowly and I often felt discouraged but Bryan continued to support me and always explained what was happening in my body. I am now totally pain free, walk five to seven miles a day and have resumed all my normal activities. I will recommend him to everyone who needs a physical therapist!

I was training for a half-marathon and was having sharp pain in my calf - I saw Dr. Bryan Regar and I couldn't be more pleased with the time he spent during the evaluation and treatment! He found the source of my problem and after therapy treatments and good advice, I was able to get back to running and exercising pain free. I have struggled with back pain for 10 years. The pain elevated this year resulting in numerous Doctor exams, X-rays, MRIs and Physical Therapy. As the pain persisted the only next step offered was surgery. The doctor quoted impressive odds for success and little chance of complications which does not align with normal results. If you read anything about back surgery, you find that it is typically a downward spiral with low chance for success.
After some research to avoid surgery, I was fortunate to find Bryan. He takes a unique approach. He is extremely knowledgeable and extensively certified. This is NOT the cookie cutter approach you receive at the typical Physical Therapist. His goal was the same as mine… Eliminate the pain while avoiding surgery.
After just 5 weeks and only 3 visits, I am 95% pain free and off the pain medicine. This is stunning results from prognosis I was given earlier. This will be a lifelong effort to keep the pain at bay, but I know Bryan has set me up for success.
