We recently enjoyed vacation scheduled and planned for the first time with Silvestri Travel. Lisa organized the entire trip, scheduling our flights, hotel car, rental, and cruise. We flew from Tampa Florida to Quebec City, Canada. Lisa booked delightful small boutique hotel for our stay in Quebec City with exceptional gourmet Italian restaurant. This was one of the highlights of our trip. How Lisa knew of this Hotel contributes to our knowledge with travel. arrangements. Our 12 day cruise, fine dinning and excursions arranged by Lisa. She didn’t miss a thing to add to a pleasurable vacation that was well planned out. Lisa also provided a hand-delivered folder outlining every detail of our vacation. Lisa planned our Honeymoon all over Europe. We had the best 3 weeks of our lives! Traveling through Italy, then to Greece, and ended our vacation in Paris! She listened to all our wants and needs & provided excellent customer service before during and after our time spent. This was our first experience traveling with no stress! We loved having our plan laid out for us and how smooth everything worked. The tours she set us up with were amazing & we saw so much. I Cannot recommend Lisa Silvestri enough! Lisa put together a rather complicated trip to Iceland for my friend Carol and me. She was very skilled at "weaving together" the many diverse things to do and see, with the resulting trip working out to be an absolutely wonderful experience. The very few things that were not quite perfect were very easy to work out on the fly and she was again very involved in helping to take care of those issues. All in all, an absolutely wonderful experience with the help of an incredibly talented professional. Thanks, Lisa!
