“Randy and his team responded quickly to the 911 call that we placed due to an emergency health issue with a family member. He was the first one that came in to see her and he was friendly and calm. I felt he was competent and that eased my anxiety. We were all so worried at the house about our loved one. The personnel were of course adhering to CDC guidelines for Covid and our family was required to wear masks too. Everyone on the team was nice and professional.
