Going to a sound bath at this place is like having your brain bathed. The beautiful tones and vibrations seem to align everything that has gone haywire and I always feel so mentally clean afterward. I urge everyone to try this--you won't know how badly you needed it until you've been there! Don't feel self-conscious if you've never been there because they make you feel right at home. Go on in, take your shoes off, find an empty spot and just breathe!!!

My husband and I went on a sound bath journey here and it was such a peaceful and recentering experience. The space is decorated to make it a calming and serene space. The musician was very knowledgeable with a plethora of instruments and she guided us through the experience with ease. I felt deeply relaxed and was able to connect with my breath and focus on the present moment. I would highly recommend this experience to anyone looking for a peaceful and restorative period of self care
