Gail did a phenomenal job on our wedding cake. It was beautiful, but more importantly it was delicious. We actually had guests telling us the morning after that they loved the cake and continued to go back for seconds! I believe there were only a few pieces left. It was such a hit. Gail was easy and wonderful to work with.

Gail is great to work with even if you are not sure what you want for a wedding cake. She was patient, kind and creative when working with us. The cake she made was perfect for our wedding. We loved the flavor of the cake and frosting was the best ever. I plan on using her for family birthdays and events in the future.

First off Gail is sweetest and easiest person to work with and her cakes are absolutely amazing! Hands down best baker in Sarasota and so extremely personable. Not only did I hire her for my wedding cake but also my daughters birthday cake and will continue to use her for any future occasion where a cake is needed.

We were absolutely thrilled by the wedding cake that Gail Thompson designed and baked for our daughter's wedding. In addition to looking perfect and elegant, it was delicious--moist and very flavorful. Some wedding cakes only look good, but Gail's cakes deliver what they promise: they are sweet and tender, as befits the event. We were happy with the groom's cake, too, a Mexican chocolate with dulce de leche filling, shaped like a snare drum.) We would wholeheartedly recommend Thompson's Cakes for any special event, especially since Gail's work ethic and professionalism make her so easy to work with.
