Tis the season… last week I stopped at a Chrysler dealer because my passenger seat back fell back and it would not move upward. The electronic devise was broke. I was told they would not work on my van because it is eleven years old and they don’t work on anything older than 10 years. My husband is a recent leg amputee and he can only fit in the front passenger seat. While heading home I noticed your company. I pulled in and in desperation I walked into your office and explained the situation. One of your office staff went out to look and in a couple of minutes, he removed the faulty part and told us he could order the part. Fast forward a week and they received the part and replaced it. I did not get off to the best of starts with United Access. I thought that the UVL Lift (Under vehicle lift) was installed too low on my new Ram Promaster. After many discussions, we were able to modify the van so that they could lift it up. During the process they went above and beyond to make sure that everything was done right and I was happy with the final product. I now feel very confident bring my van back there for routine service.
