A piece of old world Florida tucked away from the noise of Siesta Beach. Beautiful, calm, relaxing. Cottage was right on the water and had beautiful sun rises every morning. “With a quaint setting in a totally chill and laid-back staff I was not exactly sure what kind of food I was going to get. To be honest with you I didn't have very high expectations. Although a little pricey, I believe, the food tasted really good and I was pleasantly surprised!. You can tell the chef puts a little bit of love in his dishes. The presentation was really nice. I don't think you'd be disappointed when you visit this place in sarasota. The setting is really laid back but very satisfying.”

“We've been coming to Siesta Key for years, and this was a great find for us this trip. The location is perfect: 1 minute walk to Beach Access 2, and a 5 minute walk into the village. The rooms are clean and recently renovated, with everything you could need in them. By far, the best part is the owner, Brad. We planned our latest trip (sort-of) at the last minute, and when we first arrived in Siesta Key had some minor issues with our room. Throughout the whole process, Brad was patient, understanding, easy to get a hold of, and did everything he could to accommodate us and quickly fix any problems, definitely going above and beyond any expectations! I can't say enough good things about this place and it's owner! Parrot Beach Cottages is a hidden gem in the village of Siesta Key, and we will definitely be coming back!”

“I have been using Siesta Key Paddleboards for years and they are amazing. I have recommended them to countless friends. Their customer service is incredible and offer great rental rates. We loved renting boards and launching out of their Turtle Beach drop off location. It is the perfect spot for beginning paddlers and the site-seeing is beautiful (dolphin and manatee sitings often). Dan offers assistance for beginners, maps and great advice for how to spend your time on the water. It doesn’t get any better than Siesta Key Paddleboards!”

“I highly recommend Summer House! We had the cheese board, crab cake, and the lobscargot appetizers- every single one was delicious! I had the grouper (delectable!) and my other 3 dining companions all raved about their steaks. Also had delicious brussel sprouts, french fries, and beet/arugula salads. Everything was superb. Yes, this is a pricey restaurant but the quality of the food and the excellent service supports this pricing. Our server was Derek and he was such a professional. Restrooms were spotless. Thank you Summer House, for a memorable dining experience.”

“We live in the area, but we wanted to do something fun on the water so we picked this trip. It is a lot of fun. Diane is so nice and gives a great tour. Great husband and wife team. This a much more personalized service than a traditional corporate run boat tour. You can customize the way you want. We did 40 minutes of swimming & the rest of the time sightseeing around Sarasota. It was such a relaxing time and it was super comfortable. Diane had water bottles, towels & at the end she gave us each a brownie bite.”

“Fabulous sunsets!! This small resort is definitely a small and mighty location. Has several pools to enjoy. Is going through renovations on one building. The access to beach is wonderful and the gazebos are great for the summer heat. Get there early to get your spot. The units are individually owned so they all have different decor and floor plans. During the day enjoy the grill close to the beach gazebo and the lounge chairs. The beach is clean and guest only area. Will definitely visit again.”
