I highly recommend David Fawks. I cannot say enough about him. From the first few visits I felt I had known him for years. So easy to talk to and one of the best in my opinion in the Mental health field. My quality of life has improved in the few years that I have been a patient of his.
David Fawks is one of the best mental health professionals I have seen in the last decade. In the 2.5 years I have been under his care, he initiated by making a new diagnosis I was previously never given and treatment for this has greatly improved my mental health and made many positive changes in my life possible.
The office staff is always very courteous and helpful. I would not hesitate to recommend David Fawks and Cornerstone.
