Venice SKY Academy

So far, we are a big fan of SKY! As a parent, I love that my children and the rest of the students are supported and known by every staff member. My children chose to switch schools part way through the first semester and they have not once regretted their decision. They love the family feel that SKY Academy provides and had been feeling overlooked at their previous, larger school. Due to my 6th and 7th grade daughters talking so highly of their new school, my 5th grade daughter is extremely excited to attend next year and I have even overheard her trying to recruit new students by telling her friends how wonderful it is! As a teacher, I love the small size of the school, as it allows me to develop stronger relationships with all of my students, so that I can better support their social-emotional and academic needs. In just half of a school year, the staff already feels like family. We couldn't have made a better choice!

We love it here! Our 7th grader has excelled in his classes, even during the challenges of COVID. The teachers are top-notch and care about our son's success and well-being. We feel fortunate to be at this middle school, where staff and teachers nurture kids and instill core values of caring, honesty, respect, and responsibility. STEM and SOAR programs are also available, which are great opportunities at SKY.

This has been a great school experience for my son. It’s academically challenging but also balanced with physical exercise, excellent teachers and an encouraging environment. The smaller class size has really been a big advantage too. Switching to Sky Academy was the right move for us. I only wish we did it sooner!

I have a 7th grader at SKY and is he doing amazing! The two PE classes every day really help him stay focused throughout the day, and I love that he is staying healthy and creating good habits. His teachers truly care and are always available to give extra help when needed. They hold the kids accountable and teach them responsibility during these transitional years in the kids’ lives. This is exactly what we were looking for in a middle school.

When my nephews mom passed away, we signed him up to attend this school. The staff was super helpful with all the paperwork. And the teachers very understanding. I got a very friendly vibe from all the staff and even the security officer.
Good people here and good staff. When I was in middle school, I wish I attend sky academy. The kids are so lucky to be here.
