Dr. Bolen, Dr. Moyer, and the entire team create a warm and welcoming environment. Their professionalism is matched by their clear communication, as they take time to explain procedures and outline the treatment plan.
I first visited the office with severe neck pain rated at 8 out of 10, radiating into my back. Following X-rays, a comprehensive plan was developed that included shockwave therapy, laser treatments, and chiropractic adjustments. After attending multiple sessions each week, my symptoms significantly improved - my neck and back discomfort is minimal, typically around a 2 out of 10.
I highly recommend this team for their exceptional care and professionalism. Their welcoming approach, clear communication, and effective treatment strategies truly set them apart.
I feel SO much better since I’ve been going to Venice Village Chiropractic! Dr Bolen created a specific plan of treatment for me that we review regularly, and now I can move better and sleep better, and I have less pain in my lower back, shoulders and neck. The doctors and staff are knowledgeable and kind. The location is convenient to Jacaranda/41 and the vibe is very soothing. I highly recommend this practice (and I am pretty fussy about who works on my spine).
I experienced excruciating pain at the end of December that prompted me to go to a clinic for care. I couldn’t walk or stand! They administered a steroid shot and prescribed an oral steroid. I got some relief but unfortunately it was short lived.
I then went to my primary care physician which ordered an Xray and eventually ordered an MRI. The tests revealed I had a herniated disc. degenerated disc and arthritis. He suggested physical therapy which I went to for a few weeks without a result.
Next, I went to a chiropractor, and I ended up leaving with more pain than not. I tried an older model decompression table, and it did not work. There wasn't a plan for my treatment and the drive didn't make any sense for the treatment time, so I moved on.
I then went for pain management and was prescribed oxy, which didn't seem a long-term solution. Pain management doctor suggested an epidural, which I went for, and I had about 2 weeks of relief
Still searching for a non-surgical solution I discovered Venice Village Chiropractic. I was not excited to go to Dr. Bolen’s free consultation! You could say I was burned out with all the procedures/solutions I tried.
Well, I called for the consultation I was in pain and with a negative attitude. I was greeted with an understanding reception and made an appointment.
Dr. Bolen reviewed my imaging and thoroughly examined me he went on to explain why I was in so much pain. On the next visit he showed me how he thought he could help me. what he presented was a combination of chiropractic adjustments, laser treatments and the latest decompression table.
Although I can walk and stand Dr. Bolen is still working toward an even better result. I started doing the things I was doing before I was disabled.
I would recommend that anyone who is feeling pain make an appointment for a free consultation. Do not wait until the pain is unbearable! Between poor posture herniated and degenerated discs you will get relief.
Dr. Bolen is a true professional and his staff could not be any nicer. Most spine surgeons will tell you that decompression does not work. I say be your own advocate and try it before you elect spine surgery. This suggestion is coming from a Medical Rep who earns his living from people getting spine surgery.
I’ve suffered from lower back pain for years, I was getting routine chiropractic adjustments from other places that weren’t working. Things started to worse. Through a friend I found the Venice Village Chiropractic Clinic. After an initial consultation, we decided spinal decompression would be required. Several weeks later I feel so much better, more movement, flexibility, and I think I’m taller! So many things I stopped doing, so I wouldn’t aggravate my back, now I’m able to do those things, it’s been years. I cannot say enough good things about the overall process, procedure, staff, and the doctors! If you’re in pain and feeling restricted, what are you waiting for!!
