We arrived at the office after an accident where my Mother in law had knocked out one tooth, had one tooth hanging and cracked two teeth. AND! one of the teeth had gone thru her lip. Plus she could not walk due to injury to her ribs and knee. Needless to say I was anxious. But they're understanding of the conditions surrounding our visit and the polite and caring attitude to both the patient and myself just set the pace and mood to handle the situation. Which they did. On an unscheduled visit. The entire staff helped in one manner or another. And the personality of Dr Kaufman is almost saintlike in dealing with an older person in a trim situation. GREAT JOB!”

“My son's first dental appointment ever was with Dr M&M when he was just a year old. Actually, I still have the picture I took of my son's face that day when we first entered SmileWorks. The place is entirely kid focused with amazing structural design, toys, video games, cute checklists and prize tokens at the end! I'd assume it's not common for kids to want to go to the dentist, but mine sure do! My tiny tot is now a confidant grade schooler with Dr M&M and has graduated to the area where he independently sits with the hygienist without fear while I tend to my daughter in a room designed for younger children. The entire exam is set up in a way such to involve children in their appointment and to alleviate their fears. I know kids much older than mine who dread the dentist, who still scream and fight with exams. I do not think children belonging to this practice have those same feelings. Honestly, the only down side is that they don't take adults.”
