I had explained my issues that I was having here in Kissimmee, FL. Ken helped me in every witch way to make sure my experience was not unpleasant and or stressful. I emailed what I was looking for and gave him prices I have received. In about 2 hours later I received a call back from Ken Torres with what I wanted and a BETTER price! “I wish I could give them 10 stars! This is the best shop in Sarasota and probably all of Florida. My fiancé and I went to their shop to pick out our wedding bands and I brought my engagement ring back to be polished. Let me tell you their customer service is unmatched! They are kind, honest, and reliable which is so hard to find now a days. They weren’t pushy with us making a choice that day and even encouraged us to look at other shops. I love that they took the time to go through multiple ring options and were patient. When I went to pick up my engagement ring my jaw literally fell to the floor with how stunning it looked. It looked even better than the day I got it. It’s so hard to find shops with ethics and great customer service. They really made the experience amazing for us! “I found Luisa using google maps. Her store is less than 10 minutes from home. Her place is neat and clean. I was welcomed warmly. I brought in 2 jackets that needed alterations to the sleeves. She asked me when I need them for to which I replied this coming Monday which was only 5 days from when I brought them in. The store where I bought them gave me a date 3 weeks out which definitely didn’t work for me. I picked the jackets up on Monday as promised. Her prices were very reasonably. I’ll definitely be back. She’s even got an embroidery machine!”

“I unfortunately caught a piece of metal in my tire tread about the size of a larger nail. After calling around to several shops and getting referred to a few more because of the inability for other shops machines to work on a 37” tire, I was able to get in touch with this shop, they had me come by, checked it out and they were working on it less than 10 minutes after arriving. They were polite, friendly, and efficient with getting the job done, and checking all the other tires out as well. Their pricing was good as well. Overall am pleased to find this shop, because of the service and because it was much closer to wear I live in comparison to the other shops capable of working on larger tires.”

“I just booked a private event here for my parents surprise 60th birthday party on 6/3 and everyone at Florida Provisions went above and beyond to make everything as easy and perfect as possible. The concept of this place in general is just awesome- laid back atmosphere, great selection of merchandise, and the bar in the back is an added bonus! They helped organize everything with catering, down to pick up so we had very little to do day of the party. On top of it all it was an hit with the out of town guests being that they could shop during the party too! Such a unique store and the beer selection is on point.
