My name is Debbie Ogden. I met Dr Jay after I hurt my back and I came to him for a quick fix not realizing how much my life and view on my health would change. At the time my boyfriend Mike and I had been sort of trying to conceive but we figured if it was meant to be it would happen we weren’t stressing about it but it had been about 9 months and nothing was happening but I noticed I was having a lower back pain so I went to Dr Jay to get adjusted shortly after being adjusted I became pregnant the subluxation in my lower back must have been preventing me from getting pregnant. I continued to get adjusted through my entire pregnancy and never had any back labor pain and had a very easy pregnancy. After that Mike decided to try it because he had some back issues but he was also having yearly episodes of diverticulitis symptoms which caused several trips to the emergency room and since he has started getting adjusted the issues have stopped. Then when my son was born he started getting adjusted when he was one week old and I saw a big difference in him compared to other kids his age, he slept through the night at an early age, never had ear infections and was sick a lot less than the other kids and just overall super happy and healthy baby. We have learned from Dr Jay that eating healthy foods and getting adjusted is the best way to stay healthy and helps your body to heal on it’s own when you are sick instead of using pharmaceuticals. My son is 4 years old now and Mike, Triston and I still get adjusted once a week. I am so grateful that we found Dr. Jay.

I've received treatment by many Chiropractic professions in the past, and can sincerely say that Dr. Jay Seltzer is by far one of the best.
