  It seems like the place took a downwards turn based on the reviews?
  
  But I used to live here back in 2019/2020 when it was Altamonte at Spring Valley and enjoyed it then. Apartments are on the older side and washing/drying machines are in the porch which is dumb but besides that it was a humble place, had everything you needed (2 pools), lots of parking, and very quiet! The location can't be beat, you're right next to Altamonte Springs, Maitland, and Winter Park, all great areas with lots to do. And next to I-4. Close to nature and bike trails too.

  I had a very good experience at this property. Ashley and David in the office were nice, all of maintenance guys were very nice and chill and let you know what needed work (and they came quickly). Payment system worked well, and the location is pretty good. The only two weird things were the awful potholes and at some point several buildings were tented and there wasn't any communication about what happened to them, so that made us worried that we'd be kicked out too. Otherwise, great place and I would've stayed if I could.

  Delia was excellent, she explained the whole process and our questions! I recommend it.
  I want to give an updated because they changed management. Unfortunately Delia and the maintenance team are not working here. Now you have a request to fix something and it takes a long time. I live on the first floor of Building 691 and here you can't even sleep because you can hear all the footsteps of the neighbors upstairs. In addition, the balcony and the windows of the rooms are full of moths.

  We recently have moved in and Ashley was amazing. We had a few speed bumps that she communicated and helped us get through. When they didn’t have anything available or we had any issues on our end she reached out in a timely manner and took care of us to get us in our home as quickly as possible. The apartment was in good condition when we did our walk through. The apartment is a great size for the price and we like the layout. Also having washer and dryers in unit is a huge plus! The only issues we have had is parking next to our building, but there are always spots in the lot across from us. We also have some pest issues but they did send pest control. There are also a lot of squirrels and sometimes droppings by our front door and on the railings. Overall we are very happy here and love that there are so many amenities including a dog park. We definitely recommend!
