“My experience here was definitely one to remember. I’ve been having extreme tooth pain on the right side of my mouth, and for so long I didn’t have insurance. 2019 finally I was able to obtain insurance, and looking for a dentist that I was comfortable with took awhile. All this time I’ve been in excruciating pain . Finally, I found Coast. From making an appointment, setting up my information with them, and coming into the office was all too easy. They have an amazing receptionist (Tiffany) who’s been SO sweet every time I’ve come in. Today was no different! I’ve been having a really rough time getting my budget under control so coming here and being able to make a cheap affordable payment plan was a huge relief. When I came in today to get my (2) extractions done, I was informed that my copay would be $102 ... I asked if I could just get 1 done instead because $51 was all I could afford right now. When the assistant came back, she told me that I was able to get both done today for the price of one. I was in shock and I didn’t understand how. Then she said that the Office Manager (Elizabeth) had approved me to be able to just pay for (1) $51 and get both teeth extracted. I cried.... I can’t even explain how much that means to me. Thank you Elizabeth, seriously THANK YOU SO MUCH. You are an angel. This may seem like such a small thing to some of you guys - BUT IT MEANT THE WORLD TO ME. “I love this doctors office and I have been going to them for over 5 years. However, I am very upset that Dr. Nimbargi let Dr. Milo go. He has has been caring for me with my Autoimmune disorders and my husband with his congestive heart failure. He knows our history and everything about us and now they have a new doctor there (Dr. Neray) that does not agree with Dr. Milo treatment plan is trying to change everything. The treatment plans are working why change it after all these years. She is also cold and rude! This office is like family and I hate the fact that if they dont get this doctor inline they will lose so many people. I will drive to the orange city office to see the doctors there who are caring and will keep us on the current treatment plan. They do have another doctor there so if you are planning to go make sure Dr. Neray is NOT there. If everyone makes a stand we might get back Dr. Milo or another caring doctor. I still love this office and the girls who works upfront and in the back. I think they just need to get rid of Neray! Good luck to all who see her. You will need it!”
