  We were very pleased with the services of Highland Funeral Home and Highland Memorial Gardens which we used in January 2023. To be really honest, even before our family member’s passing when we had done the pre-planning, Ms. Cuddihee was pretty impressive. The professionalism demonstrated by each member of staff is commendable. From the receptionist up to the Funeral Director, Mr. Ricky P. They answered every question and explained everything in detail. Everything was done timely, uniformly while communicating to us every step of the way - before and at the services to the gravesite.
  
  It was a pleasure when Gabriel sent a pic of the headstone which should’ve been up to six months in less than six weeks. I was very impressed. BTW: this was the first funeral I’ve attended where even the grass was planted on the grave as part of the service. That was really neat!

  I am deeply grateful for the exceptional level of professionalism and compassion demonstrated by your organization during a difficult time for my family. Following the passing of my mother in New York, we had to turn to another funeral home, and I must say that the service we received from your establishment was unparalleled.

  During an obviously difficult time for my family, all the members of Highland went far above and beyond my wildest expectations to ensure a seemless process. From the timeliness of their responses to our inquiries all the way through the care and compassion of the services, the family at Highland under the direction of Rick Prindiville exceeded my expectations in every way. I cannot recommend Highland more highly - I'd give them six stars if I could.

  The whole process from start to finish was great. Between all the steps everything was explained very well. My siblings and I were very happy and thankful for the professionalism shown at the funeral service. Things don’t always go as planned but Highland was there to help guide us through it all. I wish I could remember the name of the lady assisting us at the service to thank her again. It was a pleasure working with you all. Thank you.Manuel Berrios III.
