Had dealt with this company about 2 years ago. They processed insurance claim for my kitchen and roof. And I was very impressed in how they took care of everything... from dealing with the insurance company AND making sure everything was done according to the insurance requirements. For example, I would NOT have known about mold mitigation is required within a certain amount of time... OR the insurance could have denied claim had I not followed the insurance stipulations.

Also referred out this company to 3 other people... and they are all very happy with their services. I may not have had the answers that I liked to hear... like at times, it took longer than expected... which they warned me about. Then again, I definitely appreciated them being honest... in setting up the expectations that it might take longer than expected.

This is a great company to work with. From day one they explained all the steps. They were able to fight the insurance company after they wanted to give me very little for the damages I had. Expert Public Adjuster was patience to receive the payment after my mortgage company told me I had to get all the repairs done before they can release the rest of the money so I can pay them. Excellent company.
