I have used Gembecki for years and have always been very happy with the service. The staff is very professional and courteous. Recently I had an issue with a new A/C unit I bought from them and they took care of the problem immediately and made sure I was happy. I’m very happy and would not use anyone else. I always recommend them to anyone that asks.
Gembecki Mechanical Services was thorough and professional in analysis of our a/c needs. Quality service throughout the installation!!! Installers cleaned up and were very helpful in explaining our new system. Got our first electric bill since the unit was installed and bill has already dropped by $90!!!
I can't say enough about these guys. Start to finish they were awesome. Our unit was on the way out and Brett gave us estimates for fixing our existing unit or replacing it. He was super knowledgeable. We went with a new unit and Ron in sales gave us all our options. He was prompt and kept us informed about what would work for the space we had. The technicians arrived on time and spent the whole day installing the new system. Daquan and Tim answered all our questions and briefed me on the new system. Barry did the finishing touches and we were good to go. EXCELLENT customer service!!!
This company and its staff are all about customer satisfaction. They go out of their way to make sure you are happy with the entire project from cost to installation, equipment and support. Ron Ward was very helpful and knowledgeable about the new AC/Heat system. Informed me of a manufacturer rebate which saved me $300.00 and a power company rebate which is another $200.00 savings. Marsha at the office followed up on the install and completed all paperwork accurately and on a timely basis. She is always a pleasure to speak with. The installers and tech support - Tim, Jose, Jeff, Randy and Dustin were all polite, courteous and did a fantastic job. All of these people are extremely nice, professional and make sure it's all about the customer. I have been doing business with them for many years and will continue to do so. Highly recommend them. Definitely A 5 star staff and company!!
