I spoke to Mr Milton Collins and thought I was seeing him but was kindly handed off to the wonderful hands of Ms Anide Charles. She is the most compassionate, loving, gentle and very skilled. She had been instrumental in getting my life back. I think so many people fail because they expect the therapist to do everything for the patient. You need to put in the work and implement the ideas you both agree to. It has been a journey full of twist and turns. I have no doubt I would not be where I am today without Anide Charles. She has been there 100% through it all. If you need support with respect and dignity this is the place to go. She goes above and beyond what is needed even if you need more time. Don't blame a doctor or therapist for what you won't do. It is worth all your effort to get your life back. Help yourself!
