(February 2, 2019, 1:30 am)Can't beat the iconic Krystals burger. Hot square small. This location is particularly slow. And if florence herring takes your order it is going to come out wrong. Then when you bring it to her attention she is going to chew you out big time. So beware. Update. The owner reached out. True everyone has a bad day. (December 29, 2018, 5:21 pm)Good customer service. Food was hot kinda. My chicken Pattie was hot but bread was cold. I told them NO MAYO on my chicken sandwich and they put it on there anyway. I had to return and have them fix it. This location is a good spot though. Normally there's no issues. I'll return because they are alright in customer service.

The staff were very friendly, and though they were obviously stressed, they did their best to provide good service in this extremely understaffed unit. There seemed to be only 2 people working in the unit, one of them being the manager. The 5th star isn’t given because of the very long wait time. If you like Krystal and you’re not in a hurry, visit this one.
(October 27, 2018, 5:26 pm)Always loved Krystal. Family from Chicago so....... This place is clean, bathrooms also, and the staff is friendly always greeting you with a hello and smile! Food is always hot and fresh just the way you want it. I enjoyed chicken and regular sliders today with chili cheese fries washed down with a strawberry Fanta. I will go back and you should go check this place out. Drive through is a good option if you are in a rush.
