(May 16, 2022, 7:05 pm)I had to close an account. The lady I had an appointment with was accidentally double booked, but she STILL took care of everything while they were understaffed. Still have an account with them, and I'll keep it that way.
(March 10, 2017, 8:16 am)Been a member of this credit union since 1978 when it was Bell Tel FCU in NJ and they have done a lot for us over those years. People are generally very friendly and helpful. Loan rates are, unfortunately, not always the best, which they used to be in the past. Gotta shop around for rates now.
