Orlando Health Emergency Room - Lake Mary

We are here on vacation. We had to go to the ER due to urgent care being closed. We walked in the door and from the moment we walked in we were taken very good care of. We were in and out in less than an hour. The staff was very friendly and caring.

The staff here was so personable. Lovely people. They took excellent care of me. The nurses are skilled, take their time with you and keep you in good spirits. Doctor is very thorough with his explanations and tries to find the root causes of your problem, they won't just toss a pill at you and send you on your way. Labs are fast, procedures are done quickly and accurately. Thank you guys so much!

I had a really great experience with the staff at this ER. They actually listened to me and my concerns and quickly identified that I had appendicitis and needed to get into emergency surgery. They were kind, clean, personable, respectful, and communicative. While visiting is not something I plan to do again, I wouldn’t mind doing so under their care.

Today, I had an amazing experience. The staff was so understanding and nice. The Charge Nurse Greg and the nurses, Resp Therapist, x ray tech and Doctor Kevin were so helpful. I left feeling so much better in my health and having met each staff member today. I highly recommend this ER. God bless each one of you for providing such exceptional service.
