“Let me start with we did NOT have this company install. We just directly bought cabinets from them and installed ourselves. This review is based on just the company and the cabinets we bought. My husband and I spent about 6 months searching for just the right cabinets but everywhere we went they wanted to charge more because we wanted to install ourselves. Plus most places only offer cabinets that you build yourself. What a pain. So randomly we drove past World Class Kitchen and Bath and things finally got better! They do appointments only but when we called we knew we found the right place. We finally found the cabinets we wanted and they came pre built!!! Fantastic! Communication was great between emails and phone calls. This was the cheapest price around for quality cabinets and they didn’t charge us extra just because we wanted to install ourselves which really helped! Only had one Minor crack in one of the cabinets but it was so minor I never mentioned to the owner. We couldn’t be happier with the outcome of the dreadful cabinets search and install. World Class Kitchen and Bath made things simple and stress free. Thank you we LOVE our cabinets!”

“I've been using this company for all my special occasion cakes since 2012. They are all GREAT. We live in California, though, so the shipping can be prohibitive. Some of their cakes are sold through Neiman Marcus. The Chocolate Seduction Cake and the Milky Caramel Galaxy Cake are two of our favorites. You won't be disappointed! And, if you do call the company to place an order for delivery, the lady in the customer service department is amazing. Worth the price!”

“OMG THE BEST PUBLIX EVER. On 04/18/21 My husband and I went into the store it was 845 by the time we left the store it was 2117. Within that time frame let me tell every employee in there was amazing. They made me feel like i was the president walking in. When we arrived, and walk into the store the customer services desk greeted us. As we continued walking we went into the seafood department, and the employee was cleaning, and already had everything put up. Mind you he greeted us, and asked is there anything he can assist us with. My husband was like wanted salmon, but we see you cleaned up already. The guy said with a happy voice ‘no problem i can get some for you how much would you like to have?’ We were blown away. Second, in counter I ask to two ladies employee for assist in facial. Well let me tell you they walk me to the product, and than assist me in picking out the best product for me. On top of that suggested another product to me on another issues i was talking to them about. Wow the best customer service. However, it does not stop there. We into the bakery. i was looking for some almond cones with cream cheese inside. Unable to find it, i asked the employee, who worked in the baker she explained they did not have any more. and told me to call in the morning to see if they have more and they will put some away for me. I told her okay thank you for the suggestion. Walking to the self checking area and completing the last transaction the lady from the bakery came to me in a rush with something in her hand, and saying ma’am I went back and i found the dessert you were looking for. What, I was shocked blown away. My husband was like she went the extra mile. Well let me tell you, after that i had to take my time out my night, and give a shout out to this Publix, You guys rock. That was what you call World class customer service. Thank you.”

Rae-Ann did a wonderful job of scheduling the installs and calling me after to ensure everything went smoothly. All the delivery technicians and installers were respectful, friendly, professional and on time. Such a high level of service is rare in today’s world.
