Throughout the job the guys gladly answered all my questions (and I always have a lot). Even after completion they are still there for anything I need. Came back for an arm rest upholstery repair on my 9yr old Acura and it looks beautiful and when I pulled in to pick it up he was cleaning my backup camera. “Great Racetrac. It was just built in 2018 so all the pumps are new and working well. Because it is right next to the garbage transfer station it smells really bad on the outside, some days worse than others. Inside is nice, clean and easy to find what you need. They have plenty of quick bites and a frozen yogurt bar with lots of toppings. There is even a nice covered area outside to sit, but as stated before the smell of garbage is so strong you won’t want to eat outside.”

“Imagine if more than one person gave a detailed review of what they did to deserve one star. Bought a car ('02 Camry) from them a month or so ago, $4500 for a 15 year old car with 110k miles and two issues is a pretty good deal, I'd say. The main problem was that the driver's side door handle was broken off, but because it was sold to me in that condition they fixed it the next week after the part came in, free of charge. The only other problem I had is that there was something wrong with the fuel evap system, but a new $20 gas cap solved that. Aside from that, I have had no other issues with them. The staff was professional and helped me out with the problems I was going through that would have prevented me from getting a car, and they gave me no problems with fixing the door handle when I came back to get it fixed. Update: Few months in, found out I had a bad alternator, radiator, and oil valve. Cost me ~$1100 to get it fixed. Changing it to 4 stars in light of the new issues, but overall still a good deal and good service. Update 2: Had the car formally inspected in NH after moving there, and had to spend another ~$1000 to get everything fixed regarding that. However, NH inspection laws are fairly strict and basically everything that I had to do anything with was superficial and didn't affect how it ran. Just a warning if you plan to take it out of state.”

“BMC IS THE BEST! I have so many nice things to say about BMC and their team that I don’t know where to start... We are first time boat owners and they made a process we were apprehensive about AMAZING! The entire team is extremely knowledgeable and helpful with anything you could need (Oscar was our salesman - so sweet)! We had two small kids with us and they had an awesome coloring and block section to keep them entertained... not to mention someone on the team was giving them snacks, carrying, or playing with them so we could really take our time and not be distracted. We felt like family and not just another client! They took us out on the lake, with the boat we were interested in, so we could really experience the boat and make sure it worked for us (Captain Wayne was awesome). That alone was a game changer for us since other dealers didn’t do that! Then, when you finally pick your boat they take you to their on-site tank, put the boat in, and have a service guy show you every component and feature of your boat. So cool! Beth in the finance department is the BEST part about BMC! She made sure we were within our budget, really worked to get the best deal for us, and made us feel so comfortable from start to finish! We LOVED working with her! Can’t say enough about how much we love BMC! It will forever be our choice boat dealer for purchase and service!!! THANKS BMC for making our dream of boat life a reality!”
