“Can I just say, Wow? We had had our previous AC unit since we built our house in 2001 (17 years!) and I just had a feeling that it was on its last legs. We got a referral to call John at Wesson Air and I am SO glad that we did. He came out to the house and did a full assessment on the house and what the load on the house SHOULD be. Then, he came back to use not with just one, but three quotes, complete with details on each. He explained all of the energy rebates available through our power company and came to the initial meeting prepared with research on our home. Installation took two days (we were told of that) and Hannah, their office manager, communicated with me regularly on all of the status. We now have a new Trane Comfort system, which modulates the humidity in the house as well. So far, so good! But from a service perspective, I can say that Wesson Air was truly outstanding. If only all service experiences were this pleasant. Thank you! :)”
