“My father in law was admitted for rehab on three occasions and stayed on for 10 months after the last time due to not being able to return home right away. The rehab department is great and really pushes for results. The food is wonderful, with a variety of choices every day instead of the usual take it or leave it at most nursing homes. Who else has salmon, shrimp and prime rib on the menu? The staff is caring and attentive and spoiled him rotten. The activities department plans outings and a large variety of activities above and beyond the standard of bingo. They even have happy hour, each evening, with alcohol available and music. Village on the Green is the best kept secret in the Orlando area and isn't even the most expensive. If you need to go for rehab., don't look anywhere else. They are a five star, gold seal facility. Check them out.”

“I'd like to dispel the last two reviews re: Dr. Sherman's Vision Therapy program. As a result of a multitude of both vision and learning impairments, I was a candidate for the program. I am a walking testament to its positive results and success. Like most things in life, to net positive results it's helpful to first finish the task. It's the repetition of the program that solidifies the results. If you don't complete the program it's unfair to state that the program doesn't work. I was a patient of Dr. Sherman's for over 25 years. I was enrolled in the program around the early-mid 90's. I'm positive the skills taught now have evolved into even more useful tools, assisting young minds in navigating life. Now 33, I am incredibly grateful for the experience Mrs. Tina and Dr. Sherman provided. And you can't find a more dedicated, helpful, and friendly staff - anywhere.”
