I’m sad to see so many poor reviews for Dr. Miller and her staff. I’ve been taking my son, now 4 years old, to Dr. Miller since he was a newborn. My son was born 6 weeks premature and Dr. Miller was such a huge support for me during those early stages of my son’s life. She does not push an agenda on my child, and was always very supportive of my decisions as a parent in her office. She’s always been very honest and informative when it came to the development and medical care of my son, and that’s something hard to find these days when so many doctors are paid to push certain ideas. The front desk ladies have always been friendly and hospitable and Ms. Dottie is such a hard worker and although she may come off tough and not for the funny business, she’s sweet, a great listener, and personable with the children. She always gives my son a sticker and a smile before sending him off. As far as everything else in the office, the office is older but it’s clean. And I appreciate there being two waiting rooms for sick patients and healthy. They also take walk-ins, but I always call ahead to check the wait times, because if the wait is too long they will suggest a later time I bring my son in rather than waiting in the waiting room. I appreciate those little gestures so much because this office is truly considerate of your time. This office meets all mine and my child’s needs and I plan on sticking to this place unless I ever move too far away.

After reading all of the negative reviews, I am shocked because I have never had a negative experience. The staff has ALWAYS gone above and beyond when I needed something. The office is clean as well. The Dr is great and very caring. I actually travel across town to see the Dr. I reside in Apopka so that should speak volumes.....
