From our initial meeting through the completion of our second (much larger) project the staff at Polo Floors were knowledgeable, sincere, helpful and dependable. Their high level of personal involvement and the availability and attention given to us by the entire team allowed us to rest easy knowing that we were in good hands. The team was exceptional and trustworthy, and provided us with the same level of service installing our flooring at our home here in Oviedo as they did completely unsupervised on the full remodel of our property 200 miles away in Naples, FL. We were truly amazed by the quality of their work, the professionalism of both the owner and the employees and their determination to provide the absolute best customer service!

The flooring that they installed in our home in Oviedo is both beautiful and flawless, but the true work of art and testament to their dedication and ability is the complete overhaul of our condo in Naples!
