I have known Scott Garrison for over 20 years. I am a local Orlando Realtor too, I still partner with him on some properties and work together with him. He knows a lot of detailed information about Real Estate- he helped me put together a Florida Land Trust and a special Mortgage when I did some Owner Financing on some Land that kept my name out of the Public Records- nice! I was searching for an investment property here online, my favorite real estate website. I found a property that interested me and through here online I met Realtor Scott Garrison. Scott Garrison dropped what he was doing and immediately showed me the house, as time was of the essence on this property. By the end of the day, Scott Garrison had our contract submitted and shortly thereafter we had a signed contract. His follow-up and communication were excellent, whether by phone, e-mail, or text, whatever it took. Thanks to Scott Garrison , inspections were a snap. I have used many realtors in the past, but Scott Garrison is tops. He was easy to communicate with and always answered my questions or concerns. His years of experience is a bonus as he definitely knows what he is doing. This was my first experience with electronic signatures, which was a breeze with Scott Garrison's guidance. Scott Garrison delivered on everything with enthusiasm and integrity, and results! I can't imagine ever using another realtor again.

We hired Scott when he was referred to us by a friend of ours that had worked with him on several home sales and purchase…after we had another agent- she had it on the market for 3 months and we only had 7 showings. This was for our old home and we now live several hours away and don’t get by much to see it now. What a difference when we canceled and hired Scott to sell our home! We had 7 showings in the first week or two. He had us make some repairs we didn’t even know were needed, and all a sudden we were all over the internet- even YouTube where he posted a video. How come our last agent didn’t do this for us? We had to adjust our price a few times and had several low offers Scott encouraged us not to take, and then one week he got 3 offers who were fighting over the home- we ended up selling for over $7000 over our Asking price! And he was a tough negotiator when the buyers kept asking for repairs and things after we had a deal. He made closing easy and we only had to drive a few minutes to sign the papers as we don’t like to drive. There were lots of ups and downs in the process, but in the end, we got more than we expected to! We would work with him again for sure.

I’ve seen Realtor Scott Garrison in action as a Realtor over many years and he’s stood the test of time. He is awesome at what he does and how he helps people buy and sell Real Estate- I highly recommend him. I referred him to my family members and he’s helped them both buy and then sell properties since at least 2005. Even when my friends end up not buying or selling, they tell me he still helped them with info; he’s honest, he’s the most organized person I’ve ever met and always gets back to you when he says.
