The house was brought up to code, the furnishings were removed and donated, as we wished, the house was cleaned, and the property was manicured. Erin found and coordinated with the needed contractors and saw to it that the improvements were completed quicker than we expected. We were very pleased with the entire process as we experienced it from 850 miles away.
