“So glad they put a Publix closer to us in Chuluota. The store is clean and organized. The employees are very helpful and go out of their way to help you. The only complaint I have is when I order a sub online for pick up I keep receiving soggy sandwiches even though I have the condiment sauce on the side in a packet. The only reason I can think of that would cause the sandwich to be so soggy is they don't use a slotted spoon when doling out the ingredients that are sitting in a water base such as olives, banana peppers etc. The bread is so soggy and dripping liquids making the sandwich messy and less tasty.”

“The reason Publix is the best place to shop! Their florist is an absolute genius! Tonight was a Daddy Daughter Dance and I completely forgot to order my corsage in advance and the florist had made extras for those scatter brained parents like me. Joey from customer service went above and beyond to find out what they had left in the extra stock, I was on hold for about 10 minutes while he and the rest of the team made sure I had one for the dance, he continued to check on me and let me know I was not forgotten making the wait well worth it and he was so attentive while I was on hold.”

“The staff is always friendly and I am grateful for their carry-out service. I use the electric shopping carts. The carts here are a little on the slow side but they are always charged and they always have some available. You probably wouldn't shop here if you were interested in saving money on a large grocery list, but if you want to escape from the big box store experience with unattended children crushing nuts on the floor and no employees to be found, Publix might be the ideal shopping experience.”

“I was limping in the store and an employee named Victor noticed that I had a few things in my hands including my 4 year old. He decided to help me get a cart. I thought that was such a courteous act in spite of the mild pain I was in. I’ve had a broken foot in Oct and had it surgically corrected and it’s been a few months so with me still limping I’m glad they’re still genuine people in this world especially my local Walmart. Awesome job Victor because you’re making this store only better.”
