“Glad they were there when our washer/dryer went out, but a bit pricey. 2 large loads cost about $23 to do completely. One thing to say is all machines used were in working order and we did not have to re-run the dryers for instance. Doubt I could have afforded it if I had to though... Lol”

“What an amazing experience! At first we were a little skeptical, but we would do this again in a heart beat. They were running a little behind so the owner, Joel, took us out for our boat ride. WHAT A TREAT! We saw alligators and all sorts of wildlife. My family absolutely loved this part of the vacation and it was easily one of the highlights that we will be talking about for years. Be sure to stop at the restaurant and get some delicious food!”

Wayne Summers is highly knowledgeable when it comes to form and mobility as well as what Crossfit should be. The workout always begins with a warm up focusing on the movements we will need for the WOD. Everyday two workouts are listed and when needed, Wayne has no problem changing a movement to best suit each athletes needs. The gym is immaculate and full of so much equipment! He is always improving his facility. I wouldn’t go anywhere else to workout.”
