I was impressed by the way our car ended up, when I went with my husband to get our car, it was sooo clean inside! Everybody was super nice including the detailers, very pleased by their service too. And thanks to the Hispanic guy for being so polite, so happy to see different cultures in one great work place and how good they work together. Thank you for your service!

(August 1, 2018, 11:09 am)So I was rear ended a couple of weeks back and when the other party’s insurance gave me an option for repairs I chose Sanford Paint & Body because of its reviews and proximity to my home. I literally showed them my car, scheduled a day to drop it off, and got all the info I needed same day as the accident.
Roberta the receptionist was so friendly from day one. This was my first time being involved in an accident and she made sure I was taken care of. She helped me to get a rental car situated and walked me through the pick up and rental process. (I’ll also mention I had a couple of scheduling conflicts due to my work schedule and they worked with me on it.)
They told me it would be about three days and it was. Fast and efficient work. I dropped the rental off and got ferried back to pick up my car. It was so clean! She looked all shiny and new. The work, as evidenced in the photo, speaks for itself. Not to mention they cleaned the inside too! That was a happy surprise.
There were two parts they had to track down for me so I brought my car back this morning when they got them. It took about an hour and she was done! I am so impressed with the work and service provided by this business. I absolutely recommend them.
