The property management company for my apartment was trying to tack on extra charges that were not agreed upon in my lease. I contacted several attorneys who all made you jump through hoops and wouldn't fully disclose their fees. It was refreshing when Leonard answered the phone and got straight to the point. He disclosed his fees upfront (very competitive) and even gave me a bit of free advice. I did what he told me to and I wound up getting a successful resolution on my own. You just don't get that kind of service these days. I hope I won't need to hire an attorney in the future, but if I do - it'll be Leonard!
