Hotel Magnolia

If you love and appreciate antiques and a truly amazing historical b&b feel, this is the one! Owners are amazing. It reminded me of my beloved grandparents. Great location. Will return!

This was a wonderful place to stay. I was here for 7 months, and the owners are wonderful and courteous folks. They were there when I needed to find something fast and it turned out to be an extremely homey and warm place. Would recommend to anyone - except criminals. That stuff don’t fly at the Magnolia!

I stayed at Hotel Magnolia for a couple of months. Bill keeps the place very nice. It is fairly quiet, clean, and the location is great - walking distance to Lake Monroe and plenty of restaurants. It is a smoke-free residence, so that makes for an even more pleasant stay. It is also safe and secure. Great value considering we-fi, electricity, water/sewer/trash all included! I would stay again if I found myself in need of a place to stay.

My son had an internship in Sanford for 8 weeks. This was the perfect location for a two month stay in Sanford. The house was clean and very quiet. William is the owner and he was great to deal with! Responded almost immediately to any questions either me or my son had. I would recommend this spot for anybody that is working near Sanford for a few months and needs a place to stay!

I love this place it is clean and they have thought of everything , everyone is so nice and friendly ,makes you feel like your home away from home ! If you are in this area on vacstion or need a place to stay while you relocate I recommend it ! Superb absolutely Lovely ! Simply lovely ! Close walking distance to churches parks down town restaurants , entertain ment , dinning food mart! It's just a great place to stay for a few days or a few months !
