I personally love the professionalism and how Joanne (owner) caters to every single customer. Zumba/Yoga on Tuesday and Thursday is amazing with the instructor Jameila.
(February 24, 2021, 7:03 pm)I attended a Zumba yoga class at the new life nutrition studio that was SO fun and energizing!! Everyone was so welcoming and the studio had yummy smoothies and teas. Jamila is the best teacher who makes the whole session so great! You should go if you have the chance!

There are great Clare's, and one on one coaching tailored to your lifestyle. They have zumba, yoga, martial arts, cycling and more.
