After being in management for over 20 years you hardly ever hear the good, but I certainly wanted to recognize Mr. John in service for the GOOD! He went over and beyond, after hours, to make sure our electrical issues were taken care of. He called me several times, even after the fact that it was looking like a Duke Energy issue, to make sure all was headed in the right direction. I wish this world had many of Mr. Johns as you hardly see this customer service now a days! He is one of the best in Strada and you should hold on tightly to him. Even Ms. Jaime in warranty, following up first thing this morning on the after hours messege was a recognition that Strada Services in fact is on top of their Customer Service!

Needed a new AC system for my mother in law's house. I contacted Strada Services for an estimate. Ken was able to come out the next day (Friday) for an estimate. The following Monday, Enrique and Jay arrived to complete the install. Extremely happy with the thorough job they did and would highly recommend Strada for anyone needing a new AC or service.

Great Customer Service. I was blessed to get Bryan Drew when I called in today for help. I called in because I could not hear my doorbell ring inside the house. Bryan asked a couple of questions that lead to him determining that my chime box inside the house was no longer working. I never thought of that. Bryan explained in terms that help me to understand what was going on and how to get it fix. Bryan Drew was so patient with me, very professional, and very knowledgeable about the whole process. To be honest, everyone I have ever spoken to at Strada has always been very nice on each call. They have been in my home to fix other issues and were very professional. Thank you Bryan Drew!

I really like the responsiveness of this company. Jamie and Samantha were both so professional in listening to my needs and taking excellent notes so when Paul Johnson arrived he knew what to expect. Paul traced down our problem and we now have a
solution. I highly recommend this company and I feel comfortable with having them in our home.
