He went above and beyond to ensure that I understood what the surgery was going to be, how it would be performed, and everything to expect after the surgery. He is very respectful and honest and truly cares for the patient. I have a C4-C6 spinal cord injury from a previous accident, and highly recommend Dr. Burry as a neurosurgeon to anyone, especially people with spinal cord injuries. He is very knowledgeable and informative. I have never felt so confident and comfortable with a doctor until I met Dr. Burry. I will be forever thankful for the work he has done for me! I am 3 weeks post-op and I have already regained the sensation that I had lost, due to a cyst that had developed on my spinal cord at the level of my previous injury, and have regained function in my right wrist, which I had lost the day of my original accident, 7 years ago. The staff at The Neurohealth Sciences Center in Sanford, FL are great and very responsive every time I go in there for an appointment or have to reach out for questions via phone call.
