“If you'd like to be healthy enough to grow old, Dr. Snell is the one to see. I have been going to him since I was in my 20's and have never had a need to change doctors. He does everything, including yearly physicals. I tried to find a Gynecologist, but no one knew my medical history like Dr. Snell. He was the one who became concerned about some unusual cysts in my breast and quickly had me in to see a specialist. No cancer, thankfully, but it is a situation that must be monitored closely. Another Dr. who was not as familiar with my history, might not have caught it.”

“I have followed Dr. Zaidi as my family physician for over 6 years now. She is always very professional and caring. It feels like I am going to see family when I come in for my visits. I trust her medical expertise 100% as she has always found a solution to what ails me (and my family). Even though I will be moving out of the area, I still plan to keep her as my primary doctor and will make the travel arrangements to come to her for appointments. It took me over 10 years to find a good family doctor whom I trust completely and I am sticking with her as long as I can. I highly recommend her.”

“My husband and I went to this place for two years until I switched jobs and my new dental wasn't in network anymore. I had Cigna when oak port was in network, and the staff was always very professional, polite, and informative. Maggie, the scheduling receptionist though I'm sure she handles far more than just scheduling, was always very responsive and on top of things. She always remembered my days off and paid attention to any notes in my file about preferred scheduling times. Most the time someone answered, and anytime I left a voicemail it got returned. When I had issues with my insurance giving me the go around on some things, the dental office always tried to help. Maggie is very knowledgeable about the In's and Outs of insurance. The office was understanding of my situation and needs. And when dental emergencies came up they tried their best to get me in quickly. They also only schedule who they actually have time for. I've had large more commercial like dental offices over schedule and make people wait hours past appointed time (and the large dental places that do that must feel rushed and I worry the quality of work suffers). This place never did that. They got me in and out quickly in a reasonable time. The place is clean and professional and the people are amazing.”

I hadn't seen a dentist in about 6 years before last week and both of my last experiences were memorable, but not in a good way. They did a great job with my cleaning and referred me to an oral surgeon who takes my insurance so that I can finally be pain free.
