“My review is based on purchase in Appliance Department only. Dennis in this department was so helpful to us in purchasing our washing machine. Its been over 10 years since we have bought a new washer, so things have changed over that time. Dennis was patient in explaining everything new with the "tech friendly" units. We will seek him out specifically next time we are at this Lowes. I have had negative experiences in the past in other departments, so this was refreshing to have such a good experience. To my surprise not only would they install it free but Jorge installed the bulb i purchased at a competitor, Advance Auto! What a life saver! Next time I'm only coming to Autozone!”
