The South Orlando location sent me off on my own to test drive a car and made me feel as though my sales process wasn’t important or deserving of receiving of a good service experience. I decided to leave and head to Audi North Orlando. The location itself is much more welcoming and Frank was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He was patient and explored all of the options I was interested in. He was not pushy and did not rush me through the process. I decided on the Audi A6 Sport and absolutely love it. Thanks to Frank and the rest of the staff for making the experience seamless and prompt. Also for the technician for carefully explaining all of the features to me before I left!
