Its been over 10 years since we have bought a new washer, so things have changed over that time. Dennis was patient in explaining everything new with the "tech friendly" units. We will seek him out specifically next time we are at this Lowes. I have had negative experiences in the past in other departments, so this was refreshing to have such a good experience. “I’ve been a resident for about 6 months. Prior to moving to Village Lakes, I was in the Army for around 4 years. With relocation being imminent and inevitable it was hard to find comfort in a home, upon arrival to Florida after separation from the service I stumbled upon Village Lakes. I stopped by the Office to gather some information about 1 bedrooms. I was greeted promptly and asked many more questions than I had originally intended. They showed me the Apartment upon request(Coincidentally the same one I would be moving into). The move in process was swift and simple. Arlene, Tonya and Damaris were exceptional in assisting me every step of the way. The amenities are well kept and always available (they even have a car wash!!). The maintenance team DOES NOT fail and are available 24/7 so emergencies are no problem! A few more things before I go, Every month you receive a calendar on your door including Coupons, Community events as well as local events. This place is without a doubt a place I can finally call home!”
