“I’m giving this a four star rating which pains me because there are so many great people in this office BUT the last few interactions I’ve had have been so discouraging. This is a very hard and expensive process for most people and we’re going to have a lot of questions and need for reassurance that things will be okay. I’ve left voicemails that haven’t been returned, I was barked out and rushed off the phone in regards to a prescription. Mind you, I made the mistake yes. But the way I was spoken to made me feel incredibly stupid and hurt. I’ve been trying for years to get pregnant, this is my second clinic in under a year since I found out I had insurance. In conclusion, we’re just done trying after all this mess. If you’re claiming to be a family practice, please treat people like family. It may be your job, but it’s life to most of us. UPDATE: I would love to thank Robin from the bottom of my heart for reaching out and being so sweet after this tough moment. Dr. Trolice is truly a kind soul as well as Robin!”
