“This has honestly been the best few months of my life training with Rap. He is everything you could possibly want from a personal trainer. He puts such a big emphasis on injury prevention and it is great to have someone who actually cares for you and your long term health. He is so knowledgeable when it comes to the different muscles and movements/exercises required to strengthen them. I came to him looking to gain muscle and since I’ve hired him, I haven’t looked back.
