“I'm in my late 50's and I've been living in apartments since for around 30 years. Seville on the Green is the nicest apartment I've lived in. In fact, I've lived here for 10 years and the complex has not deteriorated in the least. In fact, this year each apartment got a reserved parking space in front. That's a rarity in Florida! The swimming pool remains crystal clear, the workout room is spotless, the tennis courts are always free of debris, the office staff is friendly and attractive. And I've yet to see a maintenance issue here that wasn't handled as quickly as possible, usually the same daym. All in all, Seville is a great place to live.”
