“This Starbucks is beyond exceptional! I have 3 other locations that are on my way to and from work, but despite that, I still gravitate towards this location. Brian, Josh, and Travis have exceeded my expectations with my go-to drink that I have found not everyone can do well because of the unusual combination. They’ve shown outstanding customer service by showing attentiveness and delivering the correct drinks while being quick on their feet. They’re also super positive, energetic, and sometimes hilarious!!! Definitely check out this Starbucks if you’re ever in the area!”

The staff is always curteous and friendly. They’re funny, professional, and they know me by my order which tells me THEY CARE. To the person who thinks they should just figure out your order even if you don’t use their terminology... how? They’re trained a certain way and if you don’t tell them specifically what you want, they have to try and assume what you want. The only assumption that should be made is that they aren’t mind readers — so tell them what the heck you want! To the person upset by the broken speaker... things break? Quite frankly concerned for you as a human if something breaking is THAT big of a deal for you... I’ve been in retail management for 12 years and this team really has their stuff together. Sometimes the line is slow but has anyone ever thought that maybe it’s the people using the drive through for outrageously long orders? 24 donuts and 6 coffees DOES in fact take some time to pull together. To all the complainers - make your own coffee at home and free up the line for me because I LOVE THIS LOCATION!”
